By using VerifyTimeshare ("the Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

VerifyTimeshare is a communication and verification platform that connects timeshare owners with prospective renters. We verify ownership credentials but do not guarantee the quality, availability, or legality of any listing.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, not engage in fraudulent activity, and comply with all applicable laws. Owners must have legitimate rights to the timeshare they list.

4. Payments

VerifyTimeshare facilitates payment information sharing but does not process payments directly. All financial transactions are between the owner and renter. We are not liable for payment disputes.

5. No Guarantee

We provide verification tools on a best-effort basis. Verification does not constitute a guarantee of ownership or listing accuracy. Users should exercise due diligence.

6. Limitation of Liability

VerifyTimeshare is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the Platform, including but not limited to financial losses from transactions.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in suspicious activity.

8. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
